Hosted by former US Vice President Al Gore, the broadcast event travels around the world, each hour, highlighting the inspiring stories of climate activism from 24 countries from six regions, on how the crisis is transforming every region of our planet and how citizens from New York to New Delhi are pushing breakthroughs in clean energy, low carbon growth, and other areas opening the door to a sustainable future for us all. |
